At Mitzi Lighting, we want you to love your glow; if a fixture isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and have not been installed to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mitzi account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instructions included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the carton.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
